About the Position
The Executive Director is a salaried, permanent, full-time position with occasional Saturday hours expected in the summer.
The Executive Director will oversee the work performed by the employees and contractors hired by IRKPA. In addition to supervising the work of the staff, the Executive Director, in cooperation with the Board of Directors, is responsible for the fiscal integrity and membership sustainability of the organization, for representing IRKPA to the public and other organizations, and for overseeing fundraising, publication and product development, and marketing efforts. The Executive Director is also responsible for researching and preparing grant proposals.
Benefits include a flexible work schedule and eight hours of paid time off accrued for every 2 weeks worked.
